According to Placar Magazine, he has scored 52 goals from set pieces as of november 2009.

It's the only credible source I've found.

Considering that he scored at least 6 for Al Gharafa, then he must have scored at least 64 goals from free kicks.

Great info, also one free kick was before the 1.11.09 for Gharafa, so the tally would be 63 as of now.

Very Happy. Anyways Juninho was absolutely great at fks. Best ever? Well that is subjective. Plus how can we balantly say he was the best when we had guys like Zico, Platini, Mihajlovic, Rivelino, Rogero Ceni, Roberto Dinamite, Pepe, Eder, Neto, Nelinho, Carioca etc etc lining up for free kicks.

Plus there were also guys like Riquelme, Figo, Beckham, Hooijdonk, Koeman, Zidane, Assuncao, Maradona, Nakamura etc etc.

Rio-São Paulo Tournament in 1997, there was a limit of individual fouls, where 5 fouls eliminated the player for 5 minutes and there was an absence limit collective, in which the 15 fouls the team was punished with a free kick without a wall at the entrance of large area.
