Well, as far as I know, we haven't got knighthood here, they are just different medals that are being granted by the president to people who have achieved something. Hodgson has been granted "Finnish Lion's First Class Knighthood Medal", which is about 20th in the list of most valuable medals you can receive in Finland. So it's not the same as receiving knighthood in England and getting the title "Sir" in front of your name
