Carl Jenkinson has signed a new five-year deal with Arsenal just days after being called up to the England squad for the first time.

The deal, worth £32,000-a-week, will keep 20-year-old Jenkinson at the Emirates until 2018.

You can be a WC Fullback without WC technique, Zanetti is a great example

Zanetti is a good dribbler and has GOAT balance but really doesn't offer that much in terms of technical skills/talent

Playing Sagna tonight would have been suicide, he just doesn't have the legs to keep up with pacey wingers anymore. Jenks kept Robben Van Lefty relatively quiet tonight and the one time Robbo slipped past Gibbs and was 1v1 with Fabianski, guess who powered back to block the shot :bow:

He's definitely improved from last season. Did well tonight. Reminds me a lot like Kelly. Not necessary the greatest player, but a hard worker, solid defensively and good tactical awareness.
