Should we offload J.Cesar?
We bought Viviano.... and he isnt exactly that young.. we cant really just leave him on the bench... He is Italy's top keeper (buffon is over ) .. so either we loan him out or start him. .
I heard that we were in talks with roma over a viviano -vucinic switch but the italian media also believe that Roma are keener on Steklenburg (sp?)
So.... would it be wise to cash in on Cesar?

it would be a huge mistake letting go of cesar right now, wait another season or 2,the guy is still world class

I think we should loan Viviano, trust in JC for one more year.
We could still cash in huge in a years time for a keeper of such quality.

Smart thing to do is loan out Viviano and decide next year...
Letting go JC now is plain stupid.

Cesar's worth another year; he's still a better keeper than Viviano, though if a good offer arrives it's always worth considering. His contract expires in 2014 and I doubt he would leave to a club which is the equal of Inter, so I doubt that any future offer will differ significantly if you hold onto him for one more season though.

Re: Should we offload J.Cesar?
definitely keep him for at least another year. (if not more)
loan out viviano,
Castelazzi is good enough for back up...
and compare the 2 in the end of the year again...
if some good offer comes i guesse we could let him go, but still i'd rather he stay for couple more years

Re: Should we offload J.Cesar?
I think we should keep for another Season and loan Viviano for one season ,it is not like any club can pay as enough for Cesar this season. The most top clubs already have a good keeper !!
Re: Should we offload J.Cesar?
I think if he wants to go he should be allowed to- if not there's life in him yet
Half of the problem with Inter this year is they just didn't have the same drive as last year I think players who's heart isn't in it should be sold- Sneijder maybe- certainly Eto'o and Maicon.
Immediatley bring in new young players with the proceeds from the sales. These players have the drive to play at this high level- and command significantly lower wages.
Another option would be players who are interista.
Cassano was always an interista it was a huge mistake to let that chance go- Cassano trying hard? Can you Imagine how good he would have been for Inter?
As for Viviano- he's said he wants to play for Roma- but is that because he knows he'll get no playing time as long as Cesar is still there?

We keep our number one... I have %100 trust in him...
as for Viviano... loan him out for a couple of years... then bring him back when Cesar wants to leave...

Either some of you are nuts or quite inexperienced. You don't sell a proven, healthy world class keeper, it is just not done.

hey wiggelsworth
it is not about what we want to do, but about what we have to do!!!
if we have to bring down our wages, we should definitely sold some players as long as we can get some money for them to buy some young ones with low wages!!!
don't you think that everybody here won't rather see us going out and buying some WC players??

Moratti doesn't "have" to do anything. A certain oil company can provide the additional sponsorship money that balances any expenses.
I would rather see Inter buy great, mature players with one or two young players that will play 2-3 years from now. I don't want Inter to end up like an Arsenal playing young players that can't win anything.
