Fullbacks have to be very attacking to create width and Ramires/Oscar have to defend AND attack (box-to-box). While I'm sure that Ramires can do this job I'm still sceptic over Oscar.

The christmas tree formation is known to be a very balanced formation and Chelsea could use it with the creative 'HazMatOscar' trio.

This is BRILLIANT!!!

I've been thinking about how to blend the 4-2-3-1 we use with another formation. Never saw it this way. Absolutely brilliant!

,Should probably swap Mikel for Romeu in that role, other wise no real complaints. It is probably what the club envisions anyways in regards to Oscar doing Franks role.
