The calculation is on the title, (Goals+Assists)/90min of play time.

Ben Arfa 0.81

417 mins played in La Liga and CL. 3 goals and 2 assists (He played all 90 v Ajax and had 1 goal and 1 assists that you need to add to the totals on the official site)

I always feel this table is flawed because goals = assists.

There should be two different tables. Not saying this thread isn't great (because it is) but I can't be the only one who feels this way right?

Keep the table to 30 players only jiopsi, and remove those who are not worth it.

An assist is in sense a goal, because pass isn't an assist if it isn't also a goal. Usually goals need buildup and creation also, and sometimes the pass more difficult or defining part of the goal, sometimes it's the scoring that is more difficult. You could use variety of different stats, but goals and assists are the only two statistic to measure end results in football.

Yeah, definitely wont make it larger than 30, and I will start removing the names, when they fall out enough. At the end it will probably be close the same names than last year.
