No idea why we are giving him this treatment, it's sad.

Thats harsh, he may be useless tot he squad now, but in the past hes been one of our key components, he should be allowed to train with the first team

If Malouda could have taken a wage cut, then he would be playing for some team on a regular basis.

He has only himself to blame, don't feel sad for some who is undeserving making a 100k+ a week.

we have Kaka who makes about €11 mill a year who is more useless than Malouda, yet he is allowed to train with us and even sit on the bench sometimes even though he has fallen out of favour recently... he himself could have been transferred to Milan had he taken a wage cut but didn't

He should be allowed to be training with the first team, its Chelseas fault for giving him such a massive contract in the first place. I've always disliked him on the field even under Guus & Carlo I didn't like him that much, but still that's just harsh. I don't feel sorry for him particularly as he put family and money ahead of football, which is his choice & now he gotta live with it.

I get that but he's on millions a year, his family will survive whether it's 2m a year or 5m.

As for moving him to u21s it's a weird move but makes sense in that if the club is not going to play him then why would he train with a different team? It would be like playing for your local club and training for their top team yet playing for a completely different team, doesn't make sense in terms of chemistry etc. We're going to pay him but it doesn't mean we have to offer him first team football which he is not good enough for, if he got any time on the pitch it would only be blocking youngsters.

Stupid on the clubs part aswell though, giving a 4 year contract to a 29 yr old who had 1-2 good seasons(being generous)

FlorMo should have taken a wage cut though.

Courtois, McEachran & Oriol Romeu are very good young talents !
They will develop into world class players if they got the chance to play constantly
