you found anything legit on mother base btw ES? it's way too big for me to be bothered exploring entirely, found plenty of diamonds though and a few emblems

I did at the start

now I only extract soldiers that have A rank in a specific field or are well rounded, you end up good soldiers by sending ppl out on contracts to recruit later on anyway, but yeah, at the start I extracted tons, they're always loyal AFAIK

still haven't gotten any S rank soldiers, but plenty of A+

btw ES, I don't consider this a spoiler since you'll miss it otherwise, I heard that if you do those wandering motherbase soldier side ops and go to the med bay on motherbase something interesting happens, not done it myself yet apparently it's easy to miss since there's no hint to go there

yeah both of you will want to do this

quite an important event just randomly hidden lol

can be hard to find the entrance in the med platform, you're looking for a door with a blue light next to it

the amount of detail in this game is incredible.

Honestly feel overwhelmed at times. Kojima made sure every little thing matters.

Yeah you can upgrade your binocular (forgot the name) to analyze each soldier's ranks

It was a perfect mission as well. No kills, reflex or alerts. But I went to get these hidden diamonds. Two wild dogs were there and ambushed me Sad

was reading earlier how this game is designed so you don't get punished for killing unlike previous MGS

it's easy to get S rank even if you kill a bunch so long as you make up for it by finishing the mission fast

tbh I find it just as satisfying to murder everybody without being found
