Good Luck Andy Carroll
just wanted to wish the best for him.
Hope he has a great season and bangs them in....was really dignified this whole summer when we blatantly whored him around.
Good luck Andy, shame it didn't work out here.

I agree. I want to see Carroll do well at West Ham. I think the strategy there fits him, and he has much of the support he needs to be successful. I really hope it works out for him.
Andy got a raw deal at LFC. He was bought more as a statement of intent than as a real replacement for Torres. He was injured before he came, and didn't get a fair run in the side in his first half season. Last season, he was a player with a very defined skill set in a team that appeared to schizophrenic in it's playing style. When we do get a set system and style, it's one that doesn't really have any place for his skills set. Truly unlucky... I sometimes wonder what would've happened had Andy not been injured when we bought him in January, letting us adapt to his style and maybe even creating the Big/Little partnership with Suarez so many pundits (and likely management staff) envisioned when we bought him. Things could've been so different.
In the end, I'm glad he's leaving, and I hope a permanent deal can be arranged. I think simply think it's the best for everyone involved. If he stayed with us, his career would never fully develop. At least now he'll be given a fair shot. I will continue to wish the best for him in every match... except, of course, those against LFC.

Re: Good Luck Andy Carroll
If he does well with West Ham this season. It'll be a win-win for both us and Carroll. He can either come back a better/more proven player to us and help us, or we can cash in on him next summer for more than 20mill and sign Jovetic, Cavani, or Pukki

I wish him luck, will definitely be watching a lot of West Ham this season now that this is official.

We can't loan him back now right? As there was a loan fee...

We could invest £35 million for but couldn't invest even two years (injured for half season and barely used for another) for him.
Even Real Madrid or City will think twice about such charity.
