I'm convinced that Pod was promised the #10 if rvp left. Now all of a sudden Wilshere has it, which I'm totally cool with.

But does anyone else think that maybe Wilshere sweetened the deal with some kind of financial insentive to Pod. Or do you think he just left him have it?

It's just a number, so I don't think Podolski minded too much. There are several players who don't have there preferred number.

If Wenger offers someone else the no. 10 shirt there's not much you can do, anyway.

Trust me, it's only gotten worse. They were asked how Arsenal should spend the Song money and someone said 'Dempsey and Del Rossi' I don't know who Del Rossi is, but I'm assuming they're failing at saying 'De Rossi' and if they are then that's a scary misjudgment of the value of money :facepalm:

They're really just awful at their jobs.

You know who should get one of these jobs? Some of the posters here, we'd have more sense and less non-sense then.

This is a part of the reason why I don't bother with these shows and just stick to watching football, sometimes with the commentary muted (or with commentary in some unknown language while watching streams). Its a lot more bearable when you don't have to listen to commentators being transfer market specialists.

Ever since he started his career as a pundit/commentator I genuinely agreed to most of his views and opinions.

As a former player, he's surprisingly not as biased as others.
If he keeps this up, he might just be one of my favourites.
