So much for him staying, at least we know Schurrle won't leave.

"I want to get on the pitch as much as I can, play my football and enjoy myself, that's the most important thing."
"The manager has given me a chance by bringing me here and I’m looking to repay that faith by performing well whenever he gives me the opportunity."
"I've settled in very well but that’s credit to the lads, the manager and the whole staff who have been brilliant to me."
"The training is good as well and everybody is working hard and for me personally I'm enjoying the fact I have a chance to play football on a regular basis."
"I'm really enjoying myself here and I hope I can make an impact, help the team win as many games as possible because the aim is to finish in the top ten once again this season."

"Although we are delighted with the start he has made for us, it is still very early days and so where that one goes I have no idea."
"We haven’t even discussed it yet because we are so early in the season and such a lot can happen, so there is no sense of urgency."
"I’m just pleased with what he has produced so far and pleased that we have him for the whole season."
"He’s hard-working, quick, clever and looks a very good player."
"He’s not played a lot of games so, who knows, he could improve. But it’s certainly nice for him as well to have got off to such a good start with us."

I wouldn't mind a move away, as long as Kenedy shows his promise.

Spurs or West Ham for Moses.
Spurs will likely be a permanent while West Ham will be a loan with option to buy.

Be odd if he signs and extension. Though not sure if more on his end or ours.

It would be odd, he clearly has no future with us.

Which makes it bemusing why a) the club would offer him a new one, and b) he'd have his hand and a pen anywhere near it.

Re: Victor Moses - the Biblical one
http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/08/new-deal-for-moses.htmlVictor Moses has today signed a new four-year contract with Chelsea and will spend the remainder of this season on loan at West Ham United.
Moses, who helped us lift the Europa League in 2013, was a substitute in this season's Community Shield at Wembley but now moves across London for the rest of the campaign.
Moses has so far made 44 appearances for Chelsea after signing from Wigan Athletic in 2012, scoring 10 goals.
The Nigerian international spent last season on loan with Stoke, having helped Liverpool qualify for the Champions League during the 2013/14 campaign.
He got a new deal, too.

Giving Moses a new contract is no different to a farmer fattening up a pig; we're just making sure we get the most out of him when we sell him

Sky are reporting that West Ham won't keep Moses beyond this season.
I think it's time to sell him.

Well, we were all wrong.
And when I called him the biblical one, I didn't think he'd become a god.
