Kraken starts for Everton against Hull, unsurprisingly.

Re: The Fridge Full of Cash - Romelu Lukaku
'Lukaku has to up his pace,' says Everton manager Roberto Martinez:
Toffees boss has admitted Romelu Lukaku is struggling to last the pace because he is not used to playing 90 minutes

Agree completely. It's been a glaring problem of his for some time. Glad Martinez recognises it and intends to work with him on it this season.

"If you don’t play enough 90 minutes your body will never get used to that. It’s getting him to replicate what he does in 60 minutes for a full 90 minutes. That’s our target over the course of the season."

That'd be fantastic. Improve his touch while you're at it Roberto and you'll be a favourite of mine.

Great choice to send him out to Everton and Martinez. Hope he comes back with better first touch skills and ball control
EDIT: Kick beat me to the touch skill comment

Lovely goal.
We'll be fools not to bring him back as starting CF next season.

Re: The Fridge Full of Cash - Romelu Lukaku
Next season we'll loan Lukaku to Southampton after he bags 20 for Everton this term and sign Klose on a free. Oh, and a 5 year contract extension for Torres. #sorted ·

Re: The Fridge Full of Cash - Romelu Lukaku
'I made decision to leave, but I'll return to Chelsea a better player' — free-scoring Lukaku vows to light up Stamford Bridge after Everton loan ends:
Romelu Lukaku has vowed to prove he is worth a place in Chelsea's team of superstars, and says José Mourinho is closely monitoring his progress at Everton

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2483408/Romelu-Lukaku-Ill-prove-Im-worth-place-Chelsea-team.html
"I made the decision to go. I wished them the best of luck after I left. I'm not someone who wishes them the worst just because I am not there."
"They are still my team-mates, you know? But when I watch them on TV, I just watch the game like it is any other. I am not shouting and screaming, biting my nails."
"I have my own worries with my own team. All you want to do on the Saturday afternoon is play. People want to see you on the pitch."
"That was why I left Chelsea. I didn't want to hear people saying, 'Hey, he's doing well in training blah blah blah.' The game is what counts. The billions who are watching and following the Premier League don't tune in to see you in training. They want to know what you can do in a match."
Asked whether Mourinho has been in touch since his switch to Everton, Lukaku added: "What we have said is private but they have been in touch and are following me."
"They are keeping up with my improvement. I know what I am doing well at the moment and what I need to improve. I just want to take all those positives to make myself a better player."

Re: The Fridge Full of Cash - Romelu Lukaku
Everton loanee Romelu Lukaku admits he is a 'football freak' obsessed by being the best:
"My ambition is just being the best – at everything. Winning games, scoring goals. That’s my thing," says Toffees on-loan striker

“I was keen to go.”
“I thought that I might get a few chances at Chelsea but, when it became clear that I wouldn’t, I knew in my mind that the best thing would be to go out on loan, play regularly, and confirm the good work I’d done at West Brom.”
“It was my decision to leave – and I think I have made a good choice. All I have at the moment is my ambition and focus.”
“My goal was always to play football, to make my parents proud and then to provide for my family.”
“I know the better it gets the bigger it gets.”
“The better a career gets, the more money, the bigger house, the bigger the car and blah, blah, blah.”
“But that is not my ambition. My ambition is just being the best – at everything. Winning games, scoring goals. That’s my thing.”

Re: The Fridge Full of Cash - Romelu Lukaku
Everton striker Arouna Kone needs knee surgery and could be out for the season:
Ivory Coast international picked up the problem against Hull City which may cut short his debut campaign at Goodison Park
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/everton-striker-arouna-kone-needs-2682554
Looking like even less competition for Lukaku.
