Will forums ever update threads automatically without you having to refresh?

Like say for example you're on a thread, when there's a new reply it would automatically appear under the latest reply. Similar to chat. You wouldn't have to refresh to see if there's a new post.

I'm not saying forums currently have this ability, but would it be a good idea to simply evolve forums?

That's moving away from forums and into a IRC type set-up. So, no, forums probably won't ever have that feature as they're no longer be forums, at least not by the current definition.

I'm not sure if it's my browser, but sometimes when I load a page not everything on the page loads. Currently I can't see the Real Madrid badge by the section.

Should have something like when a new post appears, it tells you that there is a new post and you can click to view it, like on Twitter and YouTube, for example.

I've just tested GL from another laptop and the Real Madrid and Man Utd logo's aren't appearing.
