What a film

Easily one of the best films of all time. If you loved TDK then you will love TDKR just as much. The film was nearly 3 hours long and not once did it become dull. I wanted more and more. What a way to end the trilogy.

I had extremely high expectations and it delivered. 10/10

I went to see The Dark Knight because it was reviewed so well and I did enjoy it, but probably not as much as most. I may or may not go see this one. I always liked the Marvel superheroes better (I grew up reading Spider-Man, Daredevil, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, The Fantastic Four, etc.).
You should definitely watch batman begins even if you are not a fan. Batman begins, Watchmen, superman returns and TDK are really great for mature audiences. Dont know why they didnt pick up from superman returns, not that i am complaining about 'man of steel'

I noticed that Batman Begins has been showing on FX (I think), so I might try to catch it. I'll probably end up going to see the new one too.

I was thinking awhile back about seeing Watchmen sometime. I know absolutely nothing about it as I'm not familiar with the source material, but it might be kind of fun. Thumbs up

The Dark Knight Rises is simply the GOAT movie I have ever watched! Simply stunning, the movie had everything. Suspense, heroics, mystery, action, violence, romance everything. What did you make out of the movie (for those who have watched it so far)

Best out of the three for me although I felt it had pacing problems. Noyt blaming Nolan as the original length was 4 hours! (Hope we get that on DVD!)

Anne Hathaway surprised me. She was very good. Bale was excellent as usual. Had a lot more to do as Bruce Wayne, just as he did in Batman beginss. TDKR > BB > TDK for me.

The ending was incredible. What annoys me is people are trying to say it is open to interpretation...it isn't, the ending is clear. It's not inception ffs. People just love reading into things.

Gooby pls...

Urgghhh... I'm gonna have to wait to see it. I'm going to London soon and want to see it in IMAX. They don't have IMAX in Sweden so it's gonna be nice. Problem is I wanna see it now so bad...

Reds post about the plot holes makes me think of this video, which talks about some of the plot gaps in The Dark Knight, of course in a humorous song.

Going to see TDKR tomorrow, watched Batman Begins on FX yesterday and will watch The Dark Knight again today to get hyyyppppeeddd.

Just rewatched Taken for the 983536383537th time earlier. Liam Neeson is just a badass actor. He just manages to stay cool the whole way through the movie.

You kidnap my daughter
Kill her best friend
Make her take drugs
Sell her off like a piece of meat
Let her almost get raped by some fat rich dude

I ain't even mad

Wow, what a great movie, very pleasantly surprised. I mean, it was a bit cliché, I had the whole movie pretty much predicted before I even got to the Sparta tournament, but it was still very good nonetheless.
