Re: Oscar
This one really came out of left field for most of us, but although I don't think we need him, I'm really excited about this transfer. I've been hearing alot of excellent things about him from people who do watch him regularly, and I'm now actually looking forward to the Olympics to see him for myself.
It'll be interesting to see how Robbie accommodates all these new players.

Re: Oscar

How do you think he'll go with us Ganso?
Also has he just being playing 10 for Brazil because they are warming up for U23/Olympics or is he good enough to be starting for his NT.

Re: Oscar
By the sounds of it he is the future No.10 for the National team.
He will be their next Kaka or Dinho in terms of play making.
That is why I am all for it.

Re: Oscar
Lol he's not just our Olympic 10,he is our legit 10..it depends In which position he will play,if he plays am or cm he will play well, idk if he will succeed as a winger in the epl.if he is used as a dm he will be meh IMO https://goallegacy.forumotion.com/t21930-how-impressive-is-oscar?highlight=Impressive+Oscar

Re: Oscar
The one thing that can be taken from this is that Hazard and Mata will have their postions rotated a fair bit between LW, RW and AM to accomodate all our wingers (we've got alot of them now!) and Oscar in the AM role (i cant see him becoming an instant member of the XI)
thats a very creative XI although a double piviot of Lampard-Ramires may not be too stable defensively, especialy with Luiz pushing up, id like to see Mikel play in the double piviot vs the big teams
I like the versatility of our team now though players like Hazard, Mata, Oscar, KDB, Lampard, Ivanovic, Sturidge and arguably Luiz can all play more then postion comfortably
i just hope we dont spend too much money on this transfer

Re: Oscar
I heard 25m pounds. I doubt we will go higher.
If so I prefer this to Hulk. Saving potentially 15m pounds and getting a player who is like 6 years younger.

Re: Oscar
Yeah,it's 25M.he will be a starter by January,I will quote this in 6 months
as I said in the tr thread, you guys don't have true am's.. Hazard and mata can act as 10 but they have been playing as wingers since ever.

Re: Oscar
Both of them can play Both. Mata is more of an AM while Hazard is more of a winger IMO. Neither are like Oscar though.
Bit like DL4 then? I remember somebody saying he would be a starter after 6 months and he is.

Re: Oscar
Mata will not be moved to the wing because he can't defend a dying rat if his life depended on it.
He can't cover the fullback. I'm not sure Oscar is all that defensively but at least he'll be a better tackler than Mata.

Re: Oscar
Mata doesn't have to tackle. Just teach him to man mark and Jockey and he will be fine.

LOL, nice gif.. but I highly doubt we will see him a lot with so many options at AM n CM...
Re: Oscar
F*cking Chelsea stealing all our future Brazilian GOATS
They messing with the system, we are suppose to get him first then he becomes amazing and then we sell him to Chelsea/Madrid for a ridiculous fee. We demand compensation!!
