Modric turns 29 today.

The Croatian international is in his third season at Real Madrid, where he has played 109 games.

Luka Modric is celebrating his 29th birthday today. The midfielder, who was born on 9 September 1985 in Zadar (Croatia), arrived at Real Madrid in the summer of 2012 from Tottenham.

Since then he has played 109 games, in which he has scored six goals. The success of the Balkan player since his arrival led to his recent contract extension with Real Madrid.

His record as a Madrid player includes a Champions League, a European Super Cup, a Copa del Rey and a Supercopa de España. At the start of this season he also surpassed Suker's record at Real Madrid and has now played more matches for the club than any other Croatian in its history.

Tbf, our schedule is relatively easy, if we loose the next few matches because we're missing one (although frankly important) midfielder, we deserve it.

Stay calm, Khedira will 80% of the minutes. We'll probably see Illarra in Copa. Hopefully he'll rest Kroos here and there because at this rate he'll dead tired by april

It's alright.

If there's any time to get injured, it's now.

We have a nice schedule, Topped our group and top of the league.

Only tough games should be Malaga(?), Sevilla, Valencia.

We should be Ok.

It's looking like 3 months. I'd expect him back by the start of March. It's unfortunate, but given Carlos lack of rotation I'm not surprised.
