We will probaly attack with full force.
I got a feeling that Mourinho want to crush this Catalonian rebellion once and for all.
To bad they have Luke Skywalker (Messi)..

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
A number of fan groups have urged club president Sandro Rosell to field Barcelona B in the upcoming Supercopa matches against Real Madrid in protest at the Spanish Football Federation's decision to lift Jose Mourinho's ban for eye-poking Tito Vilanova last season.
The flamboyant coach was initially handed a two-match suspension for his actions, while Vilanova received a one-game ban for his part in the touchline brawl.
Nevertheless, the RFEF announced earlier this week that all suspensions springing forth from last year's game had been lifted.
This decision has not gone down very well with the Barcelona penas, though, and six groups (Grup Fidel, Nostra Ensenya, Almogavers, KF, Supporters Puyol, Toxics Ventura y Unibarcataris) have now urged Rosell to take action.
They have released a statement where they stress:
1) It's unacceptable that the attack on Vilanova goes unpunished.
2) It's intolerable that the club have accepted the RFEF's decision.
3) It's the board of director's task to take action against the general pardon.
4) The direction should take the decision to field Barcelona B as a protest against the RFEF's decision.
The first leg of the Spanish Supercopa takes place at Camp Nou on August 21.

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
AS:
The Spanish Football Federation has issued a statement in which he makes public that the second leg of the Super Cup will be played on August 29 at the request of UEFA. This is the statement: "UEFA has asked the Spanish Football Federation to change the date of the second leg of the Supercopa of Spain, scheduled for August 30, on the 29th, so it does not match Gala with the European football's governing body held in Monaco on 30 August and in which, among other events is given the award for best player of UEFA in Europe, who are nominated for six players (there are eight ) of the Spanish team which recently proclaimed champion of Europe in Kiev and belong to Real Madrid and Barcelona, finalists of that Cup.
Faced with this request dates are set Super as follows: first leg in Barcelona on August 23 and second leg in Ma0drid on 29 August. Both will start at 22.30 hours.

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
it would be to our benefit if Barca field their B team because then it means we can let them run their butts off and be too tired when they go to The Distefano stadium to face Castilla, i dont think they will get a good result against Villarreal in the first game so a win against Barca will put them on track with the top teams

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
We should get a decent result at the camp nou first, then try to beat them on the return leg.
I hope for a 2-2 draw in the first leg, and then win the second one

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
do we actually stand a chance without pepe? i cant see how albiol can make it out alive from the nou camp game
obviously we will use him and not varane
pepe would be vital
i can see mou approaching the game very defensively
and pretty sure lass will start
is iker douptful too?

Re: Super Cup: Real Madrid vs Barcelona discussion - 2nd leg
This is the ideal game to give Varane a chance to start. Super Cup is important enough to give Varane crucial experience in big games, but still only a mickey mouse trophy that isn't that big of a deal to lose.
A slight paradox I know, but my point is that Varane needs to get big match experience. Young CBs can be reliable and good as long as you give them the chance. Just look at Pique how he broke to Barca starting XI at a very young age.

Would be a good game for Modric to get match fitness if he joins by then.
