Fifa Coach of the Season?

When the Ballon D'or is announced, the coach of the year is also announced and well this season is a tough one regarding who should get this award. These are the teams managers that should get nominated:
Di Matteo
Mourinho
Guardiola
Manchini
Heynckes
Del Bosque
Prandelli
Klopp
Conte

Thoughts?

It'd have to be Mou, won La Liga and got to semi final in CL which for em is a greater achivement then winning the Euros as ti requires long-term sustained excellence

As for the rest Pep didnt win anything major, RDM wasnt in the job long enough to win it imo despite the CL, Mancini got flogged in Europe and Mou had greater competition in Barca then Mancini did in yanited, not to mention finishing with more points and despite Italy doing better then expected theres no way you could justify Prandelli winning it. Heynckes is in the same boat as Prandelli, no wya you cna justify him winning it, anyway Klopp>>>

Shouldn't Rene Girard be in contention? I'd consider it a close call overall and give it to Del Bosque though but it's hard to say what will actually happen.

If Di Matteo gets it i'm going to jump off the Empire State Building to restore hope in this world.

Either Mancini, Mourinho, Vincente Del Bosque or Prandelli.

Why Mourinho? Because he won one title in La Liga? Then Bundesliga double winner Kloppo (who works on a pretty narrow budget all the time) would be a much worthier contestant.

how can Prandelli possibly be in contention, there was only one trophy available to him and he lost it to VDB, who is also nominated, it would make no sense if he won it

Conte should be nominated ahead of Prandelli and Mancini, easily. The amount of change he brought to Juventus in tactics and mentality was huge.

While mentioning Girard I didn't even notice Conte was missing in the original list. Of course he deserves to be there. Any of Klopp, Conte or Girard would make great underdog winners but it's unlikely. Another name I can add to the list is Diego Simeone. BTW Heynckes has no chance because his team had it all largely in their own hands and somehow threw it away.

I completely agree with JD's inclusion of Conte. Took Juve from 7th to unbeaten in the league. He, in my opinion, deserves it the most as far as accomplishments go. But if Klopp got it I don't think it would be undeserved either.

Thanks alfred but it's actually amood who proposed his name and I only seconded it. Both Conte and Klopp would be very worthy winners but also consider Girard winning a league title with Montpellier pipping cash rich PSG to the summit.

On the other hand, Kloppo works on a very tight budget and he reached his successes (BL double with the highest ever number of points in history) with a bunch of kids and not a collection of expensive stars. That to me shows his outstanding quality as coach and why he would deserve to win.
