Never before. I am not going to defend the rankings but this is probably the worst time in Brazilian football history since early 1990s or perhaps even before.

rg, I agree. Since Dunga left Brazil has not been steady. It will be interesting to see how they will build a team to challenge for WC 2014 title in just two years. Personally I don't think Mano Menezes is good enough for a top position of this kind.
