I don't really listen to Asian music but I think Japanese rock is pretty good out of the few songs that I've heard.

The girl from the Bubblepop video is the same one as the Gangnam style. Also it actually has 225+ million views >.>
Part of its popularity comes from him visiting American talkshows and the single being officially released in the west - It has reached #1 on numerous charts including at least three weeks on the billboard 50 as #1 - Only Bieber Rihanna, Adele and Lady Gaga have matched this.

I'm surprised, my brother sent it to me and he mostly listens to K-pop, not J-pop. I can't really tell the difference in the language.

A Korean colleague of mine has been trying to get me into K-pop lately. I like to think that I have a diverse taste in music, and I'm open to give every music genre at least a proper listen before I decide whether or not I like it. Up until now, though, I can't honestly say that I'm a big fan of all the boybands Razz

Granted, they all seem to have terrific dancers.

This song stood out, though. I like the chillout tune, and the artist's dancing skills is just ridiculous. Would've made Michael Jackson seriously proud, lol. The beat is pretty catchy, too.

No points given for wearing a turtleneck sweater in the desert.
