Whats up with the pitches
Even San Siro has nothing on these pitches. Never seen so many slips in my life, outright dangerous. Do they water the pitch with tsunamies before each game or?

Re: Whats up with the pitches
Di Natale fell over about 3 times in a row on the right hand side of the pitch. And many done it before him.
The commentator announced the pitches have very hard and dry surfaces and then they get drenched in water before kick off.

Does the pitch get torn up easily?
Because the "pitches need stitches" joke just goes begging

Re: Whats up with the pitches
I've seen an abnormal amount of players slipping. Even the commentators talked about it

I noticed that, too. Certain people vilified Badstuber for slipping up in one dangerous scene in the semi, but not 3 or 4 minutes later, one of the Italian attackers just followed suit pretty much at the same spot, too.

Re: Whats up with the pitches
Throughout this tornament, pitches have been wet and its hard to run without slipping. There definately been complaints about them and really should be looked over... Hope the final, produces a good pitch!
