As much as the stupidity of certain members of English football fans is legendary, I think this is likely a montage. Somehow I have my doubts about some of the shading there. (And I refuse to believe that people can be so stupid to get a tattoo like this done by a 5 year old (or maybe 6 )
There are some wild German football fans, too, of course - but that guy at least waited until after the season and chose a better tattoo artist

Honestly thought that was the Adidas symbol not a number!
RWO, that Tattoo is decent TBH.
I know some Chelsea fans considered getting Tattoo's for our CL win but nothing as big as either of the pictures posted here.
