Re: Italy's future CBs

Re: Italy's future CBs
Let's stick with the defenders for now . Bonucci seems good . With more CL football and competitive players 'battling' against him in Serie A , he can become really important.
Astori , has a lot , lot to prove . The same for Ogbonna .
And despite the jks,
i want to see what Acerbi will do in Milan as well , he was solid for Chievo this season and if he can at least maintain this standar at Milan , he can only get better with Thiago Silva at the back. That , if he can compete with Mexes in the first place .

Rodrigo Ely, Brazilian born Italian who plays for the Milan Primavera and the italian national team. Great prospect, dubbed by many to be the new Thiago Silva

Re: Italy's future CBs
Remember when Juve bought Bonucci and Inter Rano? And everyone was saying Rano is/will be better ect.
I wonder what everyone thinks now that they have both joined big clubs a few years on?

Re: Italy's future CBs
Bonucci definitely..
But i think Rannochia has been misused at Inter. He would be great in our system for instance..He is by no means a talentless defender ,though the lack of pace is his obvious weakness.

Agreed. But either way, this is sad.
