I was there at the dawn of the third age of mankind. It began in the Earth year 2011, with the founding of the last of the Goal Legacy forums, located deep in neutral space in the WWW. It was a port of call for refugees, football fans, amateur players, and hobby pundits... and travelers from a hundred countries. Could be a dangerous place – but we accepted the risk, because Goal Legacy was our last, best hope for peaceful football conversations.

What a year it's been as well!

We've achieved some fantastic things in our first year independant from Goal and we're definitely looking to improve in the year to come.

A big thanks to all of you guys (and gal) that have helped immensely in making this place what it is today. We're a rising power in terms of football forums and that's only going to continue. None of this could've been possible without any of you. You all have my gratitude.

i still remember the first day we moved here and how proud we all were, and eventhough we gained alot of new members along the way im glad that alot of the old goal guys are still here to give this forum this enique character we all enjoy.

Didn't know today was it lol. Imagine my surprise when I went to goal.com and saw the forum missing. Took me about a week and a half to find this place. I don't remember how I did anymore though.
