13 million is a bit too steep honestly especially since we half own the player,They're asking 15m for him actually..Let us hope we bring the price down with some loans and some other co-ownerships.

Debuchy is better defensively but Pizza guy has awesome cross and offensive ability ,he works like a Motor. So imo,we should sign Debuchy to Balance Marcelo :coffee:

Full backs declines after 32 years of age on an average because it is a pace depending role. So those players have around 5 years of top level football in them ,Carvajal is 20 currently and will be ready to take over at that time.

This doesnt make sense. They are quality players,can you show any better players whom are available on market?

Drogba is a diferent kind of player, hardly runs but his physical attributes is what puts him at an advantage to the players in PL, just look how much Ibra bullied the defenders yesterday

With defenders its different, unless you are very athletic like Epep you start dropping in form towards that age(27) unless you're a CBs playing a deep line where you wont need speed

not to mention Newcastle and Inter are the only ones after them despite nearly every team needing to strengthen those positions, either they are not rated for the right reasons or they have been magically missed by clubs

Debuchy is linked with Chelsea,Manchester united and Newcastle.

Piszasek is playing in German champions BVB and is linked with Real Madrid for a reason.

Both are quality players and are better than Arbeloa.

i disagree, FBs start dropping in form at the age of 28/9, atm we have Arbeloa who is 29 and defensively solid i only started to hear their names this year, probably because of Dortmunds success and Nick overrating Debuchy Laughing

out of what ive seen of both which is very few games, i think Carvajal is better both offensively and defensively and its not like we are short in that area, if he gets promoted Ivan will get promoted to Castilla who is a carbon-coby of Carvajal
