Verratti: 'I'm staying at Pescara'

Italy starlet Marco Verratti has warned the big clubs to forget about signing him this summer. “I am staying. This was not my last game for Pescara.”

The 19-year-old has already made it into the senior Italy squad and is in the 32-man long-list for Euro 2012.

Juventus confirmed they are interested in him, while Napoli, Inter, Milan and Roma are among those who are also looking at a bid.

“I am staying,” he insisted after Pescara won the Serie B tournament.

“This was not my last game for Pescara.”

The club also reiterated it would try to keep hold of Verratti, who has been nicknamed the ‘new Andrea Pirlo.’

I was happy for Pescara when they reached Serie A but not any more..

Translated(what he really means): "I am happy with Pescara and if Juve does not meet the demands of Pescara, I want to stay at Pescara for another year rather then joining Milan or something else."
