Why are you taking credit away from Guardiola for using Xavi and Iniesta?

Because he was the one who gave them prominent roles at Barcelona. He also gave prominent roles to Busquets, Pique, Pedro and Villa much like what Mourinho had done at Chelsea and Inter.

So, i don't agree with your assessment at this stage. As per you, if he goes to another club, he will fail. As of now, i feel he did a good job at Barcelona and much of their success was because of him, but if your claim holds, then i will admit i am wrong.

I am giving Guardiola what I believe he deserves. I'm not taking away anything.

Pep found the players that would work best around Xavi and Iniesta. For me, apart from winning trophies in a very fortunate manner, that's all he did. If Mou had it easy then why have his clubs, apart from Chelsea, haven't won CL's when he left. We'll let time do the talking as always.

I don't agree that is all he did, but we have our own opinions as always. I am really looking forward to his next job, just to see how he adapts to a completely different set of players he will get.

Same here. If I see Pep can adapt to a different team and be successful with them then I will surely rate him higher.

Carlo Mazzone believes that former Barcelona trainer Pep Guardiola will be in charge of either AC Milan or Inter in the 2013-14 campaign.

Guardiola is currently enjoying a one-year sabbatical after leaving Barca at the end of last season, and the 41-year-old has been linked with a number of English and Italian clubs in the past few months.

Nevertheless, Mazzone, who was Guardiola's coach during the his spell at Brescia, has little doubts about where the Spaniard's future lies and believes he is on his way to Serie A.

He is going to require Mourinho type money, which is 10 mil euros. He certainly won't take less money than Barca which was about 8 mil euros. I know Milan can't afford it. Maybe Inter can...

I can see him going to Inter Milan. They have a pretty good academy and the money to get him.
