Bastos and Aguero. We couldve ended up like this:

--Lichsteiner-- --Vidal-- --Pirlo-- --Marchisio-- --Bastos--
--Aguero-- --Vucinic--

Wow. Then again if we had to sacrifice Mirko to get Aguero, i know ill get alot of shit for this, but i dont think i would. Vucinic has been incredible for us. Aguero would be awesome too though. I just want both!

I listed Rossi on level with Dzeko in my original post. And with Guarin and about half of those players on the list, I don't take them seriously as legitimate targets that almost joined the team. I think that a lot of them were just rumors or never reached advanced transfer talks.

Dzeko almost joined Juve and he could have excelled in our system and, for that, he should strongly regret not coming to Juve. Guarin should be quite happy with himself because he made the jump from Colombia to Porto to Inter. He's playing for a major club and will compete in the future. Dzeko is a much different player than Guarin. Dzeko is very talented and should feature as a regular starter on a major club.

I think that almost all of those players on your list really regret not being able to come to Juve, but I also believe that a good number of those players never really had a legitimate shot at joining the club and were just part of the usual transfer rumors or they were one of many targets. With Rossi and Dzeko, I can safely say that both players were really, really close to joining Juve.

So, to answer your question, yes, really.

If we are going like this, the whole thread is kinda pointless, I think no player is thinking "Sh*t, I should have transferred to Juve coz they won Serie A". Most of them probably even forgot how many teams were trying to sign them. I'm sure they are totally concentrated on their current teams rather than lamenting on the past.
The only exception may be Rossi, but that's another story because of his injuries + Villareal got relegated.

For me, Rossi, Inler, Aguero, and Dzeko were the targets that were actually close to joining Juve and chose not to come to Juve or their team chose not to sell them even though the player wanted to come to Juve. A lot of the other players were rejected by Juve at some point or another or were never seriously in contention. Either way, this is a stupid debate because apparently I'm not allowed to have an opinion on an open question. I guess my answer was wrong.

Of the players listed in the OP, it has to be Zapata. Although I don't think he was close to joining us at all, he's probably absolutely devastated that he chose to leave Serie A. He was a beast of a defender with Udinese, when he went to Villarreal (which I considered an amazing catch for them at the time), he was downright TERRIBLE.

He'll probably go to a midtable Serie A or PL side this summer I think.
