The daily has noted that Falcao has scored 33 goals in his debut season with 5 more games to go, which is more than any other signing within La Liga in their debut season within the past 12 seasons. Apparently this makes him the best signing of the century, according to Marca.

Well he is Colombian so I'll go ahead and call him Spain's best ever signing ever. For the Capital side.

Seriously though, I know he plays for Atletico which isn't a top 5 team and most might say he's not worth what he was paid for but he still seems underrated for me. And I have a natural bias towards all Colombian players (James R. still fails me) but Falcao is seriously underrated.

Falcao is a beast but that claim is premature. Statistically, for a debut season, maybe.
