For me it is Manuel Neuer. But as I repeatedly stated - you can't really find an objective measurement at the highest level, and so everything comes down to personal liking. ^^

You know, I have this nice little shelf where I put my faves next to each other. Buffon sits up there, too. ^^

Well, the top 2 had a PK confrontation. One went through, the other did not. Draw your own conclusions, but it does seem to suggest that one performed higher at equality of conditions at a very high level.

Neuer, and yes, he's had errors but when it comes to big games he's daddy.

Against Dortmund it ain't a big game because everyone knows Bayern loses against Dortmund :coffee:.

But really, it's his first season at Bayern after spending his lifetime in Schalke, so give him another season or so to completely erase those small little mistakes from his game.

But that doesn't mean that personally I wouldn't prefer Manu Neuer to Iker Casillas :coffee:

I hope that Germany meets Spain in the Euros and there another duel Neuer vs Casillas would properly end in Neuer's favour. Razz

Don't put all the fault on Ramos, penalties are incredibly psychological, Neuer's stare was 50% of the reason Ramos missed. :coffee:
