Did Marin mention Liverpool in any of his interviews?

Didn't watch the whole interview so I'm not sure. I don't see why he would though.

Im hearing rumors like this -

I was told a club called Liverpool declared interest in me. I had to google them to see who they were.

Probably fake. As far as I know only Spurs had real interest in Marin a pat from us.

So I only caught the last 10 secs of the interview.

Really looked like he was playing for a spot in the team which was brilliant.

linked up nicely with Hazard and saw a lot of the ball, did his best Robben impression but was one of our best players.

he was much much better then i expected
His pace was great and he cut in from his flank really well, i dont think he was even dispossed once when he cut in, the only issue was every time he cut in he shot, it was like watching a blonde Sturridge

his goal was well taken (although he did get a lucky deflection0 and his assist came from a good ball too, theres a vid of the hihlights of the game in the media section if you want to see them

Very impressed with what I saw from him, I love a good dribbler/somebody who can take their man so I enjoyed that from him.

All of our attacks came from the left hand side of the pitch(Yossi was on the other side so doesn't say alot) but in summary I was quite pleased with his performance, hopefully we see more of him linking up with Mata/Hazard in the future.

On a side note every interview i've read he's been very professional and seems to be hardworking and under no illusions as to how hard he's going to have to fight fo a place, but he seems to be up to it

The only downside was he did very little defencively.

First game though so wouldn't expect alot of running to be done, hopefully will improve that a bit more. The only good tackle he made was called up as a foul where he argued with the linesman, was a good tackle though I thought.

Exactly. Although Kakuta came in and flipped it the other way round. Did well defensively and did very little offensively.

Dont mind him not defending as long as he scores

If he wants to secure a spot in the team he has to defend to some extent.

Marin always needed bulking up. Chelsea might be the blessing for him. He regained his acceleration already. In ancient times, the trio of Özil+Hunt+Marin were a scary sight in Bundesliga

He looks very promising.... We'll have to see though.

He shouldnt hang around NFL players.......
