Seriously iam majorly butthurt by the lack of Cisse..... he has scored 11 goals and contributed 1 assist in 10 games since joining in January Sad

Ironically, this was probabbly the best season for Messi individually and the worst for Pep's Barca.

Are these facts correlated? Does this mean that the more Barca rely on Messi, the more they underachieve?

yeah, i was not talking about his inclusion. Just opinion on the player in general. But it is not too far away from Callejon's minuted if you consider some of the minutes of the other players.

Wait a second..

Messi scored 10 penalties this season, and he failed 3 or 4 (I dont recall how many). This means Messi/Barca had 13/14 penalties given, exactly the same (or even more) as Ronaldo/Real.

I guess that does it for the "Ronaldo only scores from the spot" argument.

Score is ((G+A)/90) * (G+A), or effectiveness * product.

It tries to take away the advantage and disadvantage of playing more, it basically is the best stat of them all. I will add Vela later.
