Hard to tell. But it makes everything more balanced. Had he won CL, it would go to him. But like this, I really don't know. There's no clear candidate.

Ronaldo failed himself tonight, even thought the whole team didn't really impress me. This will ofc be taken into consideration for Ballon D'Or so we'll have to wait and see.

He deserves it in my view. Scored 2 goals today and played a fantastic game imo. Defended alot, and didnt make many mistakes.

But deserving it and winning it are completely different things.

Yep. With CL he would have had a chance, but not without it. And it's individual prize anyway. Unless some heroics in Euros...

How about Germany wins the Euro's and Bayern the CL and Neuer took his first step to the Balon D'or tonight and Ronaldo didn't lose it?

Messi right about now is in no mans land, but he did play Ronaldo head to head a ton this year and was the better player but then again he lost the league and can't play in Euro's. So it's final, It's Neuer's to lose!!!!

Do you even doubt that Messi will win it? Only hope for CR was CL now he lost it. If he won it Journalists would vote for him and coaches for messi. Now everybody will vote for Messi Laughing

If not messi i want Ribery or Robben to win it. If Germany wins Neurer should take it. but Robbery deserves it i think they are so productive players both underrated as hell
