well galliani gotta look at squad before blaming allegri, but allegri needs to be very careful. he has always been employing 3 DMs tactics ... and galliani is right to point out milan played absolutely disastrous. midfield was piss poor to watch... well been saying this, for almost 3 seasons allegri has never changed his view on this.

so far management is the problem for not paying attention to our weakness in squad, but i will voice my frustation again. ever since allegri took the helm, our club has been stacking up ONLY DEFENSIVE minded mifielders...!!!!

i have been saying this over and over, and i will say it again, our problem will remain the same unless allegri demands technically gifted midfielder ahead of some workrate/defensive attributed midfielder. whoever has a lionshare of possession always dictates the game, and rules the pitch, and we are desperately needing that.
if we have problems with possession football, then its allegri job to notify our management that we have problem with that, and our club will get a playmaker, i dont care atm whether that playmaker be a genius or s...ty, but we need a technical player. i doubt that when allegri were to say we have problem with possession football and we need technical midfielders, management says no!!! we will get DM nevertheless...
the way i see it problem behind it is either allegri, or braida or other technical/sporting directors/ for stacking up s..tloads of DM midfielders. during leonardo/ancelotti times we had preferred quality ahead of anything else.... mostly our management goes for kind of players of based on how coaches tactics is.


and i haven't seen any signs of allegri changing his mindset and if that continues over the season with his incompetence yet again, he is better off moving out of this club.


from now til the end of august, its galliani responsibility to get a playmaker or technical midfielder, but i have got just this bad feeling that allegri just wants diarra.

we have just montolivo as a playmaker, and if he is injured we are done!!!!
