11 million euros i heard seems crazy for Ashley to sanction that sort of deal Laughing but we do want him it was reported in the french media before this news about Cabaye telling him he should join and Debuchy wanting to join.

Why would he play for a team that get knocked out in the group stage in CL every year hmm

Might as well join a EL team and have disgusting twisted love with Cabaye :coffee:

Surag its in the process its one of Ashley's goals to promote youth from within but its in its infancy atm.

Plus we have two youth players in the squad atm and one is injured it is happening.

i overestimated lille, i thought they had the pulling power to keep their players and not sell them, since they are doing decent in liga 1.

Cuz Rafael is 21 and will have that position locked up for a long long time.

United dosen't need to waste money on a right-back.

He might not be 'better' per-se but United have no reason to buy a right-back when they have Rafael.

Rafeal maybe younger but hes also crap and an awful defender........

Anyone see his awesome defending against Bilbao Laughing

I know he was hyped as a youngster but hes shown nothing of note to suggest he will be anything more than average.

I ofcourse hope they steer well clear of Debuchy as thats one less club to deal with but they would be smart if they bought a quality RB.

It's been a problem position for them since Neville declined/retired.

That's how it works in la Ligue 1 . You can see a club doing weel one year and 2 years later this club willbe struggling with relegation. They have to sell .

Even Lyon , with 7 consecutives titles had to sell the like of Thiago, Essien, M.Diarra, Benzema, Abidal, Malouda and to a certain extent Rémy and ben arfa ....
