Obviously I wasn't in the chat and why would I be I'm not a MAdrid fan. I am talking about threads on the board. Not one thing was said until after minute 83 in the game basically until you were not winning anymore.'
I mean the call for the free kick was legit and it was a legit free kick, so basically it was tied 1-1 with 5 minutes left and now the whole game will be the refs fault for some reason.
The ref was terrible but both ways, your coach and Ramos do the same thing every time you don't win I don't know why this is surprising.
It was a close game and the ref ruined the last 5 minutes for sending Ozil off, Ramos deserved it and from Mou's track record he gets no benefit of the doubt.
So basically you guys will blame the ref for a game you didn't put away and act like you were two men down all game. The score is pretty much a reflection of the game, were Madrid the better team yes but they weren't great or anything and Villarreal getting a draw was deserved.
Did you watch the game? This ref was outrageous. Im not one to criticize the ref, i usually dont like getting involved into that kinda stuff and its sad that I have nothing to back me up on this since I dont post here too often but that was easily the worst match officiating i have ever witnessed, to both sides
How Villareal weren't given a penalty is beyond me, but he really robbed Madrid here today, no doubt in my mind

And i though english refs were bad
Exactly. All need to be fired IMO.
Watch the game again and see the crap the players have to put up with week in week out.

i guess huntsman is right...
the day you start agreeing with huntsman is the day you should check yourself into a mental clinic
iker was the only player with his head out of his ass in the first half. we would have been down by 3 if we had anyone else.

Iker should have done better organizing that abysmal excuse of a wall. It's one of his primary roles as a GK.

I said in the chat that he should have done much better on the FK. It was on his side and he didn't react well enough.

Re: José Luis Paradas Romero
Ozil obviously got a red because he saw the ill intentions...
@Mole Some refs are torrid but I don't know where they get this rep from.Sometimes I watch Argentine and Bazilian games and it's like....WTH. Italian refs don't seem to do any much better.
The PL has guys like Dean and Webb and Dowd....consistently reffing big games and doing utter crap.
The only reason Spanish referees get a bad rep is because they don't tolerate the physical aspect as much, and although I don't particularly agree with that, it's the culture.
I mean..I don't see how Spanish refs on a whole can be dragged into this because this ref is an idiot.
Guys like Mallenco and Mejuto...will never deserve this.

Ozil got a red card because of his audacious and sexy assist.
It was red hot.

The video will last a little longer than 90 mins. You okay with that?

Re: José Luis Paradas Romero
What a great goal scored by Ronaldo today, that one-two was amazing to watch. I am glad Villareal got a draw today, they deserve to stay up.
Two yellows and no red was hilarious, also I have never seen any get red for dissent. Does anyone know of any such examples in La liga? I cant recall any.

Yh Josh they are some good ref's so idiots like these and the other idiots that ref each and every week so its unfair to them......
But IMO the crap refs in Spain are of a lower level than the crap refs in england, germany or italy.
It's a shame to ignore the good refs but it is what it is.

Props for mentioning the goal. The assist from Ozil was sublime.
As for the referees, it's just ridiculous how their standard continues to drop. It seems inconceivable that it can happen, but they continue to prove otherwise.
