Bild : Robben WANTS JUVENTUS !
According to Bild, one of the largest German newspapers, Arjen Robben would have wavered on the proposal of Psg Ancelotti, who has not yet received a response from the Dutch. In fact, Robben, Juventus target market, seems to prefer the road to Turin, with its first choice as Juventus. The contract that binds him to Bayern until 2013 most likely will not be renewed. That the only unbeaten team in Europe that counts is returned to the allure of her appropriate?

He is good but will he fit in a league where narrow tactical battles are thought and things like pace and width is a crime against the Italian culture?

He can survive...
He won't be no more injury prone than Pato
that's certain!

I think a player like Robben is exactly what we need. That one big game player that is in a league of his own, and when we need him, he can take the team on his shouldersand win the game single-handedly. Bayern have Robben now, Barca have Messi, Milan has Ibra, Real have Ronaldo. We need that one big name player. And him being injury prone I dont think wouldbe too big of a problem as long as we hold onto Vucinic and Elia and start using Elia more.

Just like Quaresma at inter Milan in Mourinho’s first season, Juventus’ best player last season Krasic has struggled to fit into this lineup not because of any lack of ability on his part but simply because of the formation. That’s where Antonio Conte’s dilemma liesDeviAngel wrote:Spooony wrote:He is good but will he fit in a league where narrow tactical battles are thought and things like pace and width is a crime against the Italian culture?

We should sign Berbatov/Drogba
Special players - wont be too expensive
And we would still will have room for one more attacker

Juve been using a 4-3-2-1 that is modeled on Conte’s idea of a fast-paced pressing game. Berbatov is a lazy git and would rather stare at his toes than closing anyone down or do something that includes the word defence

Re: Bild : Robben WANTS JUVENTUS !
find me a world class striker (Prima Punta) who will work like Conte wants...?? Sometimes running after the ball isnt all we should be looking for in a player and Conte needs to realise that. ESPECIALLY a striker
A truly effective striker needs to be in the right place at the right time when the ball is retrieved from the opposition. A striker who is forced to chase down the ball is HARDLY EVER in the right place when the ball is retrieved (especially if he does it himself) to receive the ball in the best goal-scoring/creating position ---> If you ask me, if I had to narrow down our lack of forward effectiveness to ONE thing this season, it this THIS exact point.
Strikers SHOULD NOT be made to chase the ball constantly.
Next thing we know, Gigi will be running out of his box to retrieve a ball that Bonucci lost (as usual) high up in the own half...

I saw that against Genoa wasn't Bonucci though, but still....Lynx100 wrote:find me a world class striker (Prima Punta) who will work like Conte wants...?? Sometimes running after the ball isnt all we should be looking for in a player and Conte needs to realise that. ESPECIALLY a striker

Its from the tactics he can't play like that defenders learned his tricks and he is to predictable Conte knows what he is doing. In a 4-4-2 Krasic is winger who doesn't want to track back and to make counter attacks.
Quaresma was simply not made for Italian football just like other players aren't.
as for Striker : RADAMEL FALCAO !!!! thats the man we want

Re: Bild : Robben WANTS JUVENTUS !

Obviously it's just an article but the thought of Robben at Juventus is great.
spoony is right, Berba won't defend. I agree with Devi too. I have rated Falcao since he joined Porto even though he didn't become the player he is until the next season.
