Just curious to see what you guys think we should be aiming for over the next few years?

For me it would be:
Win FA cup this year.
Integrate PVA/Bertrand, McEachran and De Bruyne into the first team over the next 2 years.
Top 3 next season.
Win more silverware next season.
And most importantly, Keep AVB for the next two years.
