Yeah...Nope
Pedro is doing well but I have 0 intrest of having him back to play an important game.
I might as well bring my boots and shin pads and give it a try.

Just read through this thread some pages back, you will probably find the same opinion.
Pedro hasnt been good for at least 2 seasons, longer if we really look closely at it.

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
the risk/reward of giving pedro's minutes to rafinha / munir / sandro + 30m
makes this a no brainer idk why it's even being discussed.
pedro in the bench offers very little.. cool he scored a goal in the supercup but that doesn't mean much considering how little he really did for us since his "decline" with us.
he also wanted to leave it's not like he wanted to stay so in the end everyone wins.

I'm glad Pedro is doing well, really, I am. But he's not doing so well that I want him back. If I'll miss him it'll be because he has not been replaced, not because I miss Pedro in particular.

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
OK now consider this my closing as it is getting to my nerves now.
Will Barca struggle without pedro- hell no if we can live without xavi we can live without anyone(except u know who).
Was he declinin? yes he was. I honestly dnt know about the year before, but last year how much min he played? Try doing a audition for which someone is already hired.
Now money. Seriously money? We buy arda for freaking 35m again whats his role gonna be ? Don't know. Since when Barca wants to do deals for money?
Now replacement. We have rafinha I dnt want to be spoilsport here really but consider this knockout tie with thugleti or psg one bad tackle to MSN in first half I would want Pedro in bench not the kid.
Here comes the controversial part now. He wanted to leave. Can u blame him? Nor its our fault dat we cannot give him playing time he deserves. But what I am against is "everybody wins" bcoz from where I c we dnt.
As for why we are discussing itapparently this is football discussion forum and there happens to be thread named 'perdro Rodriguez'. And MOST IMP noooo am not ON PMS

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
But why exactly do you prefer Pedro on bench to Rafinha in a CL knockout tie?
And don't tell me experience, because experience is overrated.

Tell me it's not true. You're either a good player or not really a good player. You either have it or you don't. Experience means nothing if you don't have IT anymore.

Juas. I like Rafinha, but he is faaaaar from Pedro as a forward. He'd strugle to score 5 goals in a whole season.
Pedro saving our ass till his last day.

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
Kudos to free_cat for keeping faith in this kid when most of us lost ours.
Now a regular starter in Antonio Conte's EPL winning Chelsea side, he has done so at the expense of their best player from last season, Willian.
Way to go Pedrito !!!

always said he is a fantastic system player, and that's exactly what Chelsea have right now, a great system that fits perfectly to his style.

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
Some players just need a change in enviroment to find their feet again and that's what Pedrito just did. However he was done for Barca.
I'm glad he's doing well because he deserves it.

Re: Pedro Rodriguez
I feel like his movement and finishing is what we needed, Willian is kinda too ball hoggy like Hazard.
So Pedro is a really good fit.

While Pedro was at Barca we used to discuss that he was trying to copy other players and become ball hoggy which in turn made him under-use his key strengths which you have mentioned. Now that he is playing in the way that suits him best, maybe Conte and the playing system deserve some credit for that.
