I second these thoughts. Much respect.

The key for me is that Barca have struggled for long trying to replace the great Tarzan. It was pretty much impossible to find someone with all his qualities. Mascherano could never be Puyol in all the finer aspects of the game but at least he was that fighter and warrior who would give every last bit for the team and in that sense he served us as Puyol's replacement which in itself is a huge honor.
