Would be genuinely surprised if he doesn't get injured during the tournament.

I think we're getting a 30 man list and then a 23 final one with injuries taken into account.

Pellegrini isn't treating Aguero right at all. Can't blame him for being selfish but this isn't helping Aguero at all

He has brought him back 60% fit for 3 times now and all 3 times he got injured the consecutive week.

Thankfully there is a break after the final game and Aguero can recover.

cant blame pelle as well, considering the intensity in EPL this season for title challenge....i doubt he would be able to save job without the title....

between heavyweights nation in football world, why argentina the only one that always have a not so clever coach in their side when the world cup begin?

Di Santo won't be to Brazil surely , but I am surprised even to see him in list of 30 players . there are many better than him

How are you going to accommodate those three in attack if you don't move Messi to the wings though? Unless you replace Pipa with Lavezzi.

That is pretty much our line up during the qualifiers.

that lineup seems the most balanced to be honest, as messi usually strives to the right anyways, allowing higgy to attack more centrally when rotating.
and luckily Di Maria has been playing in the lcm spot for madrid mostly this whole season so he it wont be new to him.

In Argentina I see Aguero and Higuain as Right and Left sided strikers rather than out and out wingers. They don't stretch the play because we tend to counterattack a lot more. Although if we have possession a lot, I guess they will drift out wide.

Argentina's 23 man squad to be announced tomorrow over the current 26 man one.

Argentine press reporting that Otamendi, Augusto Fernandez and Sosa will be the ones to get the cut.

Not sure how I feel about Demichellis going. On the one hand he can be a very solid defender, he's a leader and has experience winning top titles. On the other he has brain farts that can decide a game and is much too slow. This is what I get for defending him on GL.

if Campagnaro was the defender seen to Napoli he could be easily the starter in this NT with Garay. Better than Fernandez.  But this year  he was disappointing after that injury ( he had begun well before of it )  and he became a bencher.

why Argentina is not playing any friendly...almost every other team played their first atleast right.....???
