Tello doesn't have a future at the club if his main strength is being fast and Adama already makes him look slow

What did I say about efficiency? Brilliant. Supersub we've been looking for, and better than Cuenca and Pedro atm.

Super Sub like Afellay except with little amount of 'knowledge' of skills. He is a great player though Im worried that he may not be used oftenly and will find himslef on the bench alot if his contract allows him to start in the official team. THis guy has talent that may be lost if placed on the bench. I reckon that he needs one more season with the reserves, then he can start playing for the official team the next season as he won't have a decent go next season if he plays.

Cuenca is technically the better player. If they did a test of their skills and ranked them, Cuenca would win.

However, Tello is clearly more imposing, difficult to mark and a generally more effective player right now.

Tello thrives with space and there is more space at the end of the games (when he comes in). Still has to prove he can start a game. Cuenca can work in tight spaces we usually find from the begining of the game.

Well technique is not the only thing that rates a player imo, especally a forward.

I can almost put money on the kid to have a huge goal for our UCL expedition this season.... Tello looks sharp!

I'm seriously considering placing a bet on Tello scoring a goal should he come in as a sub against Mallorca. The kid is effective. I have to wonder whether he has a better goal/minutes played ratio than Messi.

Compared to Messi's 54 goals in 3874 minutes ---> 1.25 goals per 90 mins
Tello has 7 goals in 436 minutes ---> 1.45 goals per 90 minutes
