How long do we have to wait???? losing patience..!!

We are close to the pre season however we have no signings, no manager, no new staff, and no players leaving. I am bored of other teams rumoured to signing players or already have agreements but Chelsea are not letting anything slip.. ..

I have a feeling we already have a manager along with new staff to come in within the next week or two along with few agreed transfers however its getting late and i do not want players leaving and joining last minute unless hes a big signing

Will we sign Neymar?? Will we get Modric?? Will Lukaku sign and join us?? plus will we get a new RB?? and who will leave???

Someone from Chelsea needs to make a move and buy or sell playerss asap lol.. get Sanchez plz if hes good enough for United/Barca and City then why not???? :geek:

transfers might come later but Lukaku and De Bruyne will sign on soon hopefully.
