The top 2 has changed just once in seven years or so, so I expect either Manchester or Chelsea to win, but I tip Chelsea if they sign Hiddink and make good purchases in the market.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham will compete for the last Champions league slot. But with Arsenal looking like loosing Fabregas, Nasri and Clichy, I think Liverpool would pip them to the 4th spot.
I also think all the promoted teams this year will get relegated, but I think QPR has the best chance to stay in the league if they keep hold of Taarabt and make a few more purchases.

The negotiations between Barcelona and Arsenal have already started, and has been confirmed by Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood. Nasri looks like he wouldn't sign a new contract and Arsenal would rather cash in than lose him for free.

I'm thinking Newcastle could have a nightmare season (Barton & co. unhappy, new signings flop) or a fantastic one (things actually settle down and new signings rock the house). Would like the latter one ^^

That's exactly how i feel lol i dont see no middle ground here.....
We are either going to exceed everyone's expectations or flop really badly i really really hope it's the former.

I want to know what would make any arsenal fan think that they will win the league next season. please someone enlighten me. On that note, how does liverpool crack the top 4 and finish above chelsea? They finished worse then they did the season before.
This isn't a fantasy prediction, this is a realistic one

what makes us think ? the fact that we were competing all last year ? ... just maybe... in case you forgot lol We just reinforced with Gervinho, watch us improve our defense by getting the minator back and tear you apart.
Your squad is old , who do you expect to help you... Torres? lol Liverpool look better to me.

Well this "old" squad has had more success in the last 8 years than your "young" squad. Really now? gervinho? yes he is a good signing, but I don't know if you keep up with your arsenal headlines, there is a clearout of arsenal players. Fabregas and nasri are as good as gone, and walcott and van persie want leave. arsenal will be lucky to break into top 4 next year.
But back to chelsea being old,
torres is 27
essien is 28
kalou is 25
ramires is 24
luiz is 24
Ivanovic is 27
josh is 18
sturridge is 23
cech is 29
mikel is 24
van aanholt is 21
zhrikov is 27
Tell me again that chelsea is an old team. All these players are realistic starting 11 or substitutes, I can add the reserve team if you would like

Re: EPL Table Predictions 2011-12
Second place just means you're the best loser. Chelsea have to spent at least 500 million to win a trophy and with FIFA fair play good luck making it top 5.
100 million only gets you second place when the rest of the team play like shit.
Arsenal would not trade Jack for your entire retirement house.
The only teams that will be challenging for the EPL is Man u,Arsenal,Liverpool.
