Penaldo, RvP, Gomez, Huntelaar etc. all fits to a certain category, strikers if you will, which Messi clearly differentiates himself.

rvp is actually a good comparison.. but huntelaar and gomez, nah not even close to comparable.

Especially for Ronaldo to do it when he usually has two players on him at all times.

Ronaldo also does not play as a sole striker like Messi, he actually plays on the wing.

Messi has the whole team based around him being the focal point of attack, Ronaldo does not and yet still has contributed to over 42% of all our goals in LigaBBVA (while Madrid is scoring more goals than any other team before it)
