Sanchez had some fitness issues, not 100% sure he was able to play from the start, but I think Pep not starting both Sanchez and Fabregas was due to their terrible performances in midweek and didn't want to risk it or something.

Pedro has been off form but I think he should have started over Tello.

Still scratch

about Tello selection.

Cuenca could have played there too but offers little scoring prowess and while able to stretch Madrid, his crossing would have done nothing and I think Tello > Cuenca for this game, although that's my opinion.

Really think Pedro should have started though.

Ramos was alright today.

I understand the logic behind that miss. Ramos thought that he would hit the crossbar and than score a goal wit head kick when the ball rebounds from the post in order to surprise Noyer Smile
