Is Shakhtar prepared to sell Willian to Chelsea?

What can you tell about the alleged transfer fee?

- Willian’s contract involves a minimum release clause of 35 million Euros. But we met Willian halfway and are ready to let him go for 30 million. Yeah strange move by the club, maybe it doesn't want to keep their fans in the dark about it. He is one of their stars.

if hes worth it is a tricky question...normally he wouldn't be but then again the likes of Carrol are sold for 35M

i havent seen him at lot,only a NT appearance and the Shakhtar CL campaign last season,in which he performed very well.

Hmm..One of the highly wingers, this signing could solve chelseas problems in attack, but Im not still convinced.

Yeah I doubt we are not interested because of CL. We have enough plauers for CL and could always use him in EPL while others play CL.

I'll say this after reading a few comments; our club dosen't BS around with our fans like Premier League clubs, for some reason, feel the need to.

During the Jádson/Arsenal saga during the summer, our manager Mircea Lucescu openly told the Ukrainian press that talks were taking place between the clubs and that the player in question would be off if a fee was agreed upon, all the while Wenger just kept on denying and denying, despite the fact that everyone and their brother knew what was up.

This has nothing to do with a desire on our club's part to get rid of him, just speaking the full, unadulterated truth. Something rare in football these days, I know.

havent seen much of him play but when Shaktar had that good CL run last seasson i thought he was really good, at the right price id like to see him in a blue shirt


both would work well imo although mata would have to improve defensively for it to work (especially in the 4-3-3)
