Mourinho Just Doesn't Get It.

I praised Madrid for basically suspending Pepe for 2 weeks and having him miss important league games when they really didn't have to. I don't buy for one second that he is injured and IMO it was great to see Madrid basically say to him you need to sit out and get your S*** together.

But now Mou totally craps on what Madrid's brass is trying to do here and the message there trying to send with these quotes.

"If Pepe said publicly that the stamp was intentional and he told me, it would have really bothered me," Mourinho said at a press conference ahead of Sunday's clash at home to Athletic Bilbao.

"But he has said it was not intentional and I believe him. If any of you think he is a liar, say it. Let's not make this a never-ending story," he commented.

"I didn't see you last season doubting a player who made racist remarks and said he didn't. Everyone believed it was true, even Uefa. Now Pepe says it wasn't intentional [and nobody believes him]," he concluded.

I don't see how someone with a brain in there head could believe for 1 second that stepping on Messi was an accident. I mean what a joke. HE actually makes a fair point about the Busquets situation as I believe Busquets said racist comments and he's an idiot. But they are not the same at all and there is hardcore video evidence to show what Pepe did not to mention he has done the same thing before.

Mourinho basically said he has no problem with what went on since Pepe said it was an accident. Mou just doesn't get it, I mean he doesn't have to come out and apoligize or kill Pepe in the press but how about just shutting up and backing what your team is trying to do?

I am more convinced then ever that Mourinho will be fired at the season's end if he doesn't come away with La Liga and the CL, and I think he knows it. IMO this is blatantly going against Madrid's brass and even Perez must know now that he cannot control Mou and he's just not worth the trouble and shame he brings to the club if he's not winning.

What an idiot, I wish for once he would just shut up. For the record, I do not blame Madrid at all for Mou's actions and IMO if I had to guess I would say 90% of the upper management at Madrid probably hate Mou and want him gone, and I think Perez is even in that boat now. Perez created this monster and now he has to live with it.

They said he was injured for 2 weeks which no one really believes and most think the team was pretty much just sitting him down.

I mean backing your player is cool and all but to come out and say you believe his stamp was unintentional is just retarded. I mean the video on it is about as damning as it can get.

Not to mention to link it to the team in which he stamped on and compare it to something there player did the year before, it's just stupid and I'm 100% positive Madrid are probably pissed he said it.

As much as these teams hate each other I'm sure there brass communicate through back channels and this probably killed any goodwill that was built up.

I thought by saying he was injured that was the suspension that they were kind of handling it in house.

I mean he can be on the team sheet but not play for two weeks.

If that's not the case then basically Mou's comments is all you have from Madrid on the matter I believe, so there official opinion would be they don't think Pepe did it intentionally????

I have not read a comment from Madrid but I have not really been looking for it as I Thought the whole injury thing was there way of handling it.

I have killed Busquets over and over again and I pretty much hate him and wish Yaya never left. And like I said earlier I totally think he made racist comments last year and if he did then Barca should have suspended him.

The reason Mou's comments are so stupid is that there is no way to prove 100% what Busquets said. There is some video but it's not conclusive and teams generally stick by there players so they kind of have to give Busquets the benefit of the doubt because he has a history of being a diver and an a**hole but not a racist.

Whereas Pepe totally has a history of kicking players on the ground and losing his temper and there is a video that is 100% conclusive.
