Nowhere. Ajax is a mediocre club with mediocre talents. They aren't like 20 years ago. Ajax would be a club like Sevilha or Villarreal or Lille. They have many players coming outta their academy, but not many world class like Bayern.

Ibra and Suarsex didn't go through their academy, however important Ajax might've been for their development, their inclusion is a stretch

Ibra and Suarez is a bit over board agreed. Ganso I know, but he is technically homegrown.
