- we forget that it is January.......

we have forgotten who we are and think like Siena fans theses days.... it is such a travesty....

even Siena fans would vent if they drew at home to Cagliari cos they know these are the kind off games where winning will provide them survival in the league....

If we had a player better than Bonucci this juve would only have condensed 5 goals this year. Bonucci has given away half of the goals we have condensed.

This just only needs a Pepe and Matri replacement (and Bonucci of course).

Had Matri been more clinical and versatile we would have scored WAY more goals.

And no, Krasic and Elia are not the people to replace Pepe.

I don't need to talk about Krasic. As for Elia, doesnt do anything to convince Conte he could make a change in the game. I dont know if you guys have followed Ellia, but there's a reason he was a sub in his previous team. He just is not Juve material, and Pepe and Giancherinni do a way better job than him and Krasic.

SO...Stop with stupid Conte accusations but had it not been for him, Juventus wouldnt be where we are right now.

I won't be stopping with the Conte critiques. Just as I'm sure that Conte doesn't stop criticizing himself because that's what a real champion does to stay great. My point is that there is always room for improvement, so I will make my comments on where Juve needs to improve. If you don't like it, then ignore what people are saying and go celebrate being in first place in January.

Plus, there are very few managers that are above receiving no criticism from fans and Conte is not yet one of them.

Youre right mate, I'm all for Juve improving and there is certainly room for improvement.

To be clear, not all of my comment was directed to you, it was instead directed to everyone who gives shit to Conte for not playing Krasic and Elia .

The difference between Conte and other coaches is that he actually comes publicly and emphasizes the teams mistakes. Ranieri, Ferrara, Zach and Del Neri did not do that. Instead they came up with statements of how happy they were even in those cases where Juve beat the weakest teams by using individualism and shitty tactics.

Conte is doing a great job in my opinion.

It's amazing how many react because of a draw yet I don think people realize at just how amazing it is that juve goes from 7th place last year to currently first....all while fielding players like pepe. This juve is much different this year. Conte has given this team much needed confidence...something they lacked the last 2-3 seasons. If this man is given the player he wants we'll be a force. If there's any problem I see on this team it's the lack of a clinical WC forward and LB...chiellini needs to take the cb spot from bonucci badly. As for rotation can you blame the man for not playing unwanted players? What would that do in the long run? Coaches choice gets my backing! He deserves it after how he's transformed this team thus far

I'm proud of our results, but, after calciopoli, it has been painful and I just want to see Juve back to being an epic team. Being an American follower of Juve is not easy because you're surrounded by so many EPL fans in this country. My fiancee's family lived in England for quite some time and even she has U.S. and UK citizenship. So, I have to put up with hearing about English teams and champions league (it's almost too painful to even watch CL the past two years).

I just want to see us great again and have world class players throughout the squad. I dream of Juve being back to the level of being able to sub in a player like Del P for Zlatan or Trez for Zalayeta. I don't like seeing an old and out of form Del P or Krasic coming in to save us from a 1-1 draw with Cagliari.

Uhhh, I believe this is Borriello's 11th year in Serie A, and he is also Italian.. Elia and Borriello comparison doesnt make much sense.

From what I can see - all ways of thinking here are valid and worthy.

Conte, like every other manager including SAF, has his faults but he also has his merits. In retrospect, he doesnt always make the right decisions but hes doing a very good job at the moment.

Time will tell how the team progresses in the 2nd half of the season now that everyone has has a 'taste' of the new Juve and can come up with a good plan to counter it.

The 2nd half of the season is going to be the REAL test as to how good Juve and Conte are. Can they still emerge victorious now that the opposition know whats coming their way?? Can Conte come up with a strategy to counter the oppositions counter-strategy. Can our players lift that little bit extra to stay ahead of the pack. I think they can, and I think Conte has the ability to do it.

Conte, just like the players, needs to improve certain areas but hes only human. As long as he continues to strive for excellence, we as fans, cannot ask for anythign more.
